Where do you ship to?

At this time, we proudly ship anywhere within the United States. We’re working toward expanding our services to include international shipping in the future, so our friends around the world can enjoy our offerings too. Stay tuned for updates!

How long will my order take?

Most orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. Once your package is on its way, delivery time will depend on the carrier and your location. You’ll receive tracking information so you can follow your order’s journey to you.

How do I ship my order back to you?

If you need to return an item, please contact us first so we can guide you through the process. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions. To ensure safe delivery, we recommend sending the package back using the provided label and keeping a copy of your tracking number.

Please note: Certain items, such as opened herbs, teas, oils, or ritual tools that have been used, cannot be returned for safety and energetic reasons.

When I receive my refund?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
